Chemistry - Probably one of the most important ones... A person can have great character and tremendous competence, but if there isn't good chemistry you and your team will end up in trouble.

hi. thanks for visiting my blog (a.k.a. the twilight zone...) about me? hmmm... i drink too much coffee - especially starbucks. i love big cities and great food. i have a beautiful family - one wife (as opposed to several i guess...), and two daughters. words that excite me: leadership, innovation, emerging church, culture, creativity, authenticity, urban, steak.
